I had a good stay at Art Hotel Congres. The location was superb, making it easy to explore Paris, especially with the nearby metro. however, the room size was a bit snug. Despite the smallness, the room was clean and I appreciated the modern power shower. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, although it could have offered a bit more variety for the price.
